LOGIN

To login to the Trading Partner Portal, you must be a registered user with a username and password. For assistance contact customer support at 1-800-207-5019 or eclaims@masshealth-dental.net.

Entry Fields

Username	Enter your unique username.	Required.
Password	Enter your password. Passwords are case-sensitive.	Required.

Buttons & Links

If the entered username and password are authenticated, you will be logged into the Trading Partner Portal and the Main Menu will be displayed.

You will remain on the Login page and appropriate error messages will be displayed if any of the following error conditions arise:

Username or password is missing.
The user information cannot be authenticated based on the entered information.
Your trading partner agreement was terminated more than 90 days ago.

Please note you will be logged out of the portal after 60 minutes of inactivity.
